Hi Guys,

Things are tight right now so the only way to justify buying new gear is for me to sell off things that aren’t getting used. I’m moving more and more toward UL gear so I have some fantastic bombproof gear that isn’t getting any love. All prices below include shipping within CONUS - Priority Mail. USPS money order or PayPal (add 3%)

Maxpedition – These items are brand new but I have removed the tags and attached them together. All are OD color. I think this makes an awesome fannypack carry system. Here are the individual components:
SaberCat Versipack – (MSRP $129.99) This is a great fannypack with a multitude of pockets and attachment points for gear storage and organization. $110.00 Now $100.00

10X4 Bottle Holder – (MSRP $36.99) (2)(Both SOLD) These are designed to hold a standard Nalgene or Guyot bottle with room for additional gear. They have been discontinued and are getting scarce.

Triad Admin Pouch – (MSRP $37.99) This pouch has places for a radio/GPS/cell phone, as well as a folding knife/flashlight/pistol magazine and ID/map/ or similar. It is a nice solution for having frequently accessed gear right at your fingertips. $30.00 Now $27.00

5” Tac Ties – (MSRP $5.99) (4) These are used to attach MOLLE gear together. I have used these to attach the 10X4s to the SaberCat. $5.00 SOLD orrey45 $4.00

3” Tac Ties – (MSRP $4.99) (4) These are used to attach MOLLE gear together. I have used 2 of these to attach the Triad pouch to the SaberCat. $4.00 SOLD orrey45 $3.00

Guyot Bottle (Standard) SOLD – (MSRP $20.00) This 38 oz stainless steel bottle is an excellent backcountry container because in a pinch you can boil water in it. I have modified this one by swapping out the string lid leash with a stainless steel leader and have also attached a stainless steel leader as a hanging bail. I have never used it over a fire so aside from the holes drilled in the flange, it is like new. Here is the thread where I described this modification project: Pimp My Guyot! I am also including a H2JO coffee filter, (MSRP $9.95) which can also be used to prefilter water. Finally, I am including a GSI Glacier ( MSRP 10.95) stainless nesting cup that fits over the Guyot or any standard Nalgene bottle.

IMPS-NET Emergency Hammock - (SOLD) (MSRP $12.99) I bought this at Brigade Quartermasters several years ago and never used it. Now it one of those items that is always out of stock.

AMK Thermo-Lite Bivy Sack. (SOLD)(MSRP $24.95) I used this one night but it is still in great shape. This is the older style in the yellow bag.

Spy Capsules – Finally, I have about a hundred of these handy little guys around in various colors. I’ll sell them in lots of 4 for $5.00 shipped. Let me know what colors you want.

Thanks for looking. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, edgemaster, but both bottle holders have been paid for.

Here are a couple of close-ups of the Triad. The pouch on the left is vertical with a velcro flap. It is ideal for things like a folder, a flashlight or pistol magazine. The zipper pouch in the center has two pockets inside and works great for a digital camera & spare batteries. The patch that says Maxpedition is also the flap to a small pocket that could fit a smaller compass. The pouch on the right has a fastex type clip buckle and is designed for a radio, cell phone or GPS. Finally, there is a large, flat pocket behind all three front pouches that has a velcro closure at the top. It is plenty big for a wallet or a folded topo map.

Here is the back, showing the MOLLE attachments.

Also, I forgot to mention that the spy capsules each have a small plastic vial inside. Here is a picture.

What's the size of those Spy Capsules? Thanks!

DOH! After I shot the pictures it occurred to me that I should have put a ruler in for scale!

The capsules are approximately 1.5 inches long, not including the nipple where the split ring is attached. They are approximately .5 inch wide. The little plastic vials inside are an inch tall by about .3 inch wide and have threaded grey caps.

Now that the water bottle holders have been sold off, I thought it might be a good idea to post pictures of the SaberCat on its own.

The plastic vials just fit inside the spy capsules, but fit pretty tight. The container the capsules came in say "Not For Medical Use" so I would recommend against putting medication inside.
