The plastic vials just fit inside the spy capsules, but fit pretty tight. The container the capsules came in say "Not For Medical Use" so I would recommend against putting medication inside.

I can only guess that the spy capsules themselves are uncoated aluminum on the inside and perhaps that the plastic vials inside are not "food grade."
