The one sold in my country is by the Asian brand named Magforce. Is it of the same quality even if their name are diffrent?

They're both made in the same factory in Taiwan.

They are selling at sheares for a devildog versipack at SGD$118. That makes it to like US$70+. Is it cheap?

Devildogs are selling for around $70+ in the US.

BTW, are the quality of Magforce and Maxpefition the same?

I have a bag that I bought second-hand that looks like an exact copy of the old Pygmy Falcon model that Maxpedition sells. It originally came from CheaperThanDirt.com, and unlike the other MOLLE bags CTD has, this one has a label in it marked "MIL-SPEC Plus Tactical Gear". I got it for $30, and use it everyday for work. The MOLLE webbing makes it useful for attaching stuff to, I got a 500mL IV set in CTD's "EMT pouch" that locks on the outside.
