Maybe School isn't so bad, after all. :)

He done what most of us want to do... I bet he learned alot during that time just from being there and doing it.... He also got a good lesson about life that no school would teach... My Hat is off for him

If it had ending another way - half the replies to this topic would be tearing into this kid for being foolish, a Chris McCandless Jr., selfish, etc. Are we judging these things based on outcome? Not trying to kick up dust - just food for thought.

Kudos to him, reminds me of myself as a lad. Except I would have been too scared to overnight-it by myself =) 12 days is no joke!
