Got my sheath. It's great.

My knife is a muddy. The muddy has a higher grind profile (75% up blade) (spine measures 0.195). The knife in the picture has the grind at 50% up the blade. My sheath is very slightly lose. I can easily heat it and tighten it up. Sheath is actually quite usable just as it came.

Good to hear! These sheaths "hold" on the handles so the thinner blade style shouldn't pose a problem. In fact it will probably decrease any wear/scuffing on the blades, although that shouldn't be a problem anyway...

Just got the sheath Tom. Its great plus the teklok is the schniz. Too bad Pamela is .200 thickness so im trying to get the kydex to be a little looser, any ideas how.
 
It is tough to loosen it just enough with out going too far.

You could send it back to me with your knife and I could make you a sheath for your knife.

It would cost you your postage to me, but I would cover shipping back to you.
