If you want to talk to me vikudik send me an email like you have the other 2 dozen times before.As i have repeatedly told you that number you are quoting is a parcel identification number NOT A TRACKING NUMBER.The post office is carrying out an investigation on this item,they shipped it, your country has lost it or maybe stolen it.If the post office see fit after their investigation they may pay out insurance on it,after their investigation.As i also stated i will not be accountable for the item being lost in your country,that is beyond my control.It strikes me as odd that after sending dozens of parcels overseas the only one EVER to not show up is the one sent to Russia.If you have any other query's please email me and please try to be more clear with your wording.
