My wife loved it. She's from New York, so perhaps it made more sense to her, haha.I took some getting used to at first. But my second wife loved it so I got to watching it. Once you learned the characters. I was quite funny
I was in the U.S. Navy from 1985-89. I was the third biggest guy on our crew of about twenty.
My nickname became 'orca' during one of our deployments. That combined with the years of my enlistment became the screen name I use for any forum or discussion group I join. (Except for SASS. I'm 'pineboxdirtnap' on that forum.)

My name is Bill K. and I am from NJ.
Thank you for yourbravo service.
Now you know that I have to ask about your SASS name. Thats gotta be good lol
SASS = Single-Action Shooting Society. I have two replica black powder revolvers, a Colt 1860 Army made by Uberti, and an 1858 Remington New Army made by Pietta.
They're cleaned & oiled once a month, but I haven't shot them in a while. I think it's time to go to the range and get dirty.

You got it backwards battle buddy. The old MOS designator of 91bravo was the combat field medic, which I was. The new MOS is the now current wheeled mechanic. What was the MOS of the tankers? I think it's 13 or 18?
Mine came about when I tried to register on some on-line site back in the late 90s. Everything I tried was already taken. I finally remembered that the last word in the 1913 Webster's International Dictionary was "zyzzogeton", which is a green bug in the Amazon. My last name starts with a "z", so I combined the 2 for zzyzzogeton.
And here is what a zyzzogeton looks like.
