Medford

Who wants Medford comics?

Hey Mark- I'll take a couple, bro! :afro:

The funny thing is, is that I had actually spoken with Greg awhile back & suggested the idea for a comic book. The impetus for this very cool idea: "THE 12 DAYS OF MEDFORD"

Jack Knyff, is none other than the American version, of the Canadian version, of Stabman.

Greg read that thread, & loved it! I also sent Greg one of Stabman's books...and the rest is history.

So once again, Stabman is a driving force behind historical events.

Saw both those before.
He gets some points for humour, but then loses them all for not actually using the knives.

Reviews of knives that don't get used does not speak to how well they perform when used (shocking!).

The problem with that is its subjective. You say they cut well. Many others report than they don't. Who is right and who is wrong? Both of you if you think about it. For me if I don't like the weight, look or feel of a knife I don't need to use it to know I don't like it. Just like I don't need to eat dog crap spread on toast to know I wont like the taste.

I saw it this morning and had no words! Some interesting marketing ploys in the knife world! No shortage of icons! :)

Oh wow, that's embarrassing.

I said they cut things well enough.
I showed this by cutting things.

Those who complain about the cutting ability generally don't even bother trying to cut anything.

That's the difference.

anyone notice that the grip orientation changes in that comic strip instantly for no good reason? Plus if I'm gonna smash a rear window with my knife I'm probably gonna keep it closed instead of aiming an open blade at my face as I fly through the air.

 Gotcha.

If these comics are a marketing strategy by Medford to get teens into knives, how many parents are going to pony up $600 so that Jr can have a Praetorian? My parents would have laughed their asses of at that kind of suggestion.

I wonder how main character "Jack Knyff" managed to acquire one of the most expensive "Jack Knives" being sold? Is he the rich kids version of MacGyver? Did he take the knife off one of the bad guys? Perhaps he saved his allowance throughout his entire childhood and youth to buy one knife?
