Found an old broken (snapped in two) vintage rusty "Old Hickory" Butcher knife (that I suspect once had a 12" blade) in a junk pile. I behead and gut lots of fish with a mighty 2 1/2 inch Sardinian friction folder. Grisly work, but someone has to do it for dinner to be made.

Then we burn and consume the bodies to hide the crime.

When going 'downtown' in Washington D.C. and braving the D.C. metro system, I'll carry the minimum cutlery to pass through the federal buildings security.

The inch and half blades slash open my mail with brutal efficiency.

I used to carry a Case peanut, but that was way too scary for my use.
