I like the tapered tang on that knife Vince! I'm sure it helps balance the knife and reduce the weight.

Rick is all about usable knives. Here is one he just sent me, that falls into that category.

Nearly 4" long, you would think it too big for some pocket carry, but it is so slim and smooth, it is unobtrusive.
Yet it is very full bladed, and gives you all the benefit of the most blade you can possibly fit into that 4 inches!
It has good firm snap, and a solid half stop, all of which suit me perfectly.
Only one big problem!! I'm running out of pockets!
It's tough being a knife lover.

Charlie, that is beautiful! Is the bolster and shield satin or is that just the light?

And I agree, Rick definitely deserves his own thread.
