Had a minor issue with a handle/scale that moved ever so slightly if pushed on a Seraphym, I contacted them, they said send it right in, I did, they replaced the scales and sharpened it and send it back on their dime!!
Looks fantastice and they put a razor edge on it to boot!
I will be buying more of their products after this, I think support after the sale is as important as the product itself.
