Merit Badge Update

Kicking this to the top. I'll post again when I hear from the guy and if I don't hear from him by the date he stated I'll email him.:thumbup:
 
IIRC, he stated that the missing badges would be in-house by 5-3, this past Saturday. Any word as to when he will have them and ship the order?

Well I just heard back and he STILL hasn't got them yet!!!

I just got off of the phone with UPS to see why this order of finger carving merit badges have not arrived yet. I had received notice that the embroidery company had shipped them, with the tracking number. UPS believes that they are "LOST", and will be sending me a claim form. I did not want a refund of my patch cost, I just wanted the patches. So, I am reordering today from the embroidery company and it will be another 4 weeks to get them re-made and shipped to me.


I can ship you your order of all of the other spoof patches at any time, but will not have any finger carving mb's until next month.

Good idea to wait for them, though. We've waited already, a little longer won't hurt, but shipping in two batches would be unnecessary work.
 
I want to distribute them to my friends as appropriate on hikes this summer:thumbup:;)

I'm hoping this guy can get them to us to where I can still do that!:rolleyes:

My question as well, this(the fact that it is taking forever for Chris to get the patch in question) is absolutely bogus. We were SUPPOSED to be GTG back in MARCH.

This is starting to irritate.

HollowDweller....please.....obtain a status from vendor and share same.

Is that too much to ask?

My other option, and same to other BF members, is to order from the vendor directly, verifying stock status at time of order, and then donating patches to deserving scouts when the BF order arrives...and learn from the experience.
