Finally seeing the end to this one. Saya is done!!!

Core is Terotuf, with a carbon fiber mouth and tip, overlaid with carbon fiber cloth and COUNTLESS coats of resin. And wet-sanding. And polishing. Kurigata is carbon fiber, as well. I think the deep blue and gold sageo adds a touch of needed color, and the gold flecks tie the gold of the menuki in to the package.

Next step is pro photos, so I'll drag this back up when I have them.
