Since Jeff and I were the only ones to see it, I think it`s only fair you do another fire dive for the rest of the guys.
 
Oh it hurt for quite a while after that one!

I have my jugs frozen (to keep the steaks cool) and I'll wash and wrap the taters tonight.

I have to pack up some knives, and I have a couple of things I am bringing up to JK to drop off - I also still have to change the oil in my truck.

At least the headlights are working. ;^)

hey...not that i think anyone will care too much, but wanted to give you a head's up that i am out of leather and did not get a chance to order any. i hope this news will not keep anyone from attending. :D

I am a terrible procrastinator. I probably won't pack until Thursday night after work.:o

Is there running water at the cabin or should I bring a couple cases of bottled water?

CB, I know exactly what you mean, haven't packed for a trip yet without the motor running waiting to take me on the trip.

yup. it typically freaks the women folk out. BUT...i won't have to worry about that this time!
 
i will have a small axe and a hatchet. but, i'm glad you asked about pots and pans. was wondering if anyone was bringing like a cast iron skillet or pan.
 
I bring a small hatchet as well but Jeff brought a sweet vintage axe (and some nice pans) for camp use and I just wanted to see if he was planning on doing that again.

There's a short hike (1/4 mile-ish) from where you park to the cabin. It's not that far but the less trips the better.

gotcha. and, i was just starting to think about the hike...because i just looked at my packing list. ;) i literally just went back a few pages to confirm i was remembering that right.
 
I'll bring two cast iron skillets and an axe. There is water (well) near the parking area, but usually we use bottled water.

And, i just got back from getting y'all some VT liquid gold. store just received a shipment. the beer is so good, the stores can't keep it in stock!

It's getting REAL now!
