Like Will Power above, I'm posting a Case Crossroads Sodbuster Jr., a recent generous (and surprise) gift from Modoc ED . The covers on mine are "orange canvas laminate". I don't know if that's technically micarta, but I figure it's micartaesque enough for this thread. This morning it cut up apple and grapes for me to put on my cereal, and cut up broccoli stem and carrots to put on the dog's breakfast.

Honestly ,the fit & finish ,action ,etc. is exceptionally nice . But the grind ,wow ,thin,so thin it needs to be experienced .
