I have lots of WWII knives this is a very interesting one. The blade inscription supposedly means "Work will set you Free". Love to trade let me know if your interested.

That inscription says something else about work in German - the literal translation "work will set you free" in the context of Nazi Germany refers to the German phrase "Arbeit macht frei."

ibsober, the literal translation of the inscriptions is "Work ennobles" (i.e. "work makes you noble").
