Hi I just got off the phone with Microtech CS. They picked up on the third ring, I talked to a Lady named Cheryl and got a few questions answered. She informed me that it was her first week and told me that they were trying to get better in the CS department. All in all a very good experience and I hope they keep up the good work.

Well, that's like having a single pebble removed from a mountain on top of your chest crushing you. MT's reputation for CS has been steadily declining over the past few years, and it's going to take a lot before people feel confident in that company again.

Might I ask what the issue was that you had, and how they're trying to resolve it?

Also, this isn't the correct forum for this type of thing, which would be "Feedback: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly". It'll probably be moved there soon.
