It is brand new, and has never been used/fielded. I cannot find the original box, as I have stored the knife in a collector's case, since purchase.
The knife has a partially serrated blade, black matte finish, and green bolsters. It is the tactical model, dated 02/06.

ETA-- Trades considered: Would be willing to trade for some Scrap Yard INFI stuff--Preferably a Scrapper 5. I'd also be interested in a custom tomahawk. Let me know what you have.
