I am speechless that this could happen. I do believe you. Im not sure why they would think that they could slide this past a customer. But I would be on the phone with them the moment they opened with out a doubt.

That isn't right and you should be pissed. Email Laurel and explain the situation. Always a good idea to document this stuff with pictures of the "fix". This is one of the biggest drawbacks to poorly done frame lock folders, and there are a lot of companies that drop the ball in the geometry and fitment department when designing them and it shouldn't be that way for what they sell for.
