Microtech Socom Elite : Auto or Manual?

It’s basically a button lock. I’d say it’s pretty secure.

The decision to me depends on the answers to the following:
1) Do you like autos or not?
2) Can you legally carry autos where you live or not?
3) If you can't legally carry an auto, does it matter to you or not? (ie., are you a user or collector?)
4) Do you already own a manual similar the Socom Elite or not?
5) And, if you do already own a manual similar to the Socom Elite, is the SE so "unique" that you simply have to buy it?
My answers were/are:
1) Yes
2) No
3) No
4) Yes
5) No
