midtechs, whats the point

i really dont consider crk or hinderer mid tech. Good knives yes but they to me are good production knives. As for the term mid tech itself i feel it has lost all reql meaning and has been diluted to a term used by people who want to make something seem more special than it really is. I know people use it as a way to saya knife is a cut above the rest but many times imdont feel that its justified.
