I don't know anything about him, but until you are satisfied with the info he supplies, stay away. If he has an online store, he can supply you with the URL. If he is not willing to do that then he is probably a con man.

If he wants to sell your knives, he should buy them from you first. Then when they're HIS knives he can sell them however and whereever he wants.
