Mike Perrin and RAT-3 customer service

One of the stag horn scales lifted on my RAT-3 a month back and I sent it to Ontario knife CO. for repair. I am not sure how Mike Perrin became involved but he has done everything possible to make sure I am satisfied. When the knife was returned one of the scales remained slightly lifted. Mike has offered to personally pay for all shipping, and the purchase price, he offered to rescale the knife with the material of my choice. Mike spoke with Ontario who has offered to replace the knife. I have never been treated so well in my life. I just wanted to post my appreciation for Mike Perrin and his dedication to his customer.
 
I gotta hand it to them over at RAT, those guys are really trying to make a difference. Talk about one on one customer service:thumbup:
 
A++ to Mike and Jeff both..that is the very reason my hard earn cash is spent with Rat Cutlery, hard working blades...with a Excellent no BS warranty !!!!!! For Life !
