Military or Endura?

MD---Let me say this: ZDP-189 performs close to tool steel. I'm very impressed.

Not at all. But I'm not into knife abuse. I just use this knife for what is intended for, cutting. If you have observed lately, some guys are beating the hell out of their knives!! I don't understand that mentality.

Halfneck----That is a sweet knife. I remember when Spyderco told me they would not do a flat grind. I'm glad they changed their mind.

I am currently Endura-less as I gave mine to a close friend in need of a good folder. As such it will give me a reason to replace it with the FG G10 Endura.

The wave on Spyderco knives just does not do it for me. The wave changes the whole appearance of the blade. I like the radical look of some of the Spyderco blades, like the Endura, but the wave makes that same knife look less appealing.

The Millie has been my primary EDC for at least 3 years. I like the Endura, but the Millie is simply more knife to me. Simple solution- hold both in your hand & decide for yourself.

Just as I thought it would---Sharp and holds that edge a long time. This is my last folder---but don't quote me!

Well if you're choosing your knife based upon its looks then I guess I can't fault your reasoning.
But the wave is definitely the fastest way to deploy a folder that I've ever used.
And it's really cool too!:)

Not to mention that I trust lock-backs more than I trust liner-locks.

What is Spyderco's stop-lock? As of now, the Millie is ahead of the Endura.

I don't know what the stop-lock is all about but I can tell you that unless you want them to keep them in a drawer and loot at them every once in a while... consider seriously what do intend to do with them.

The Milie's tip is way weaker than the Endura and the flat grind makes the blade weaker as well. Not long ago I bought an Endura on eBay (Endura 4 CE VG10... was a nice deal...) and soon after having it I went to a cutlery store and handled a Millie. I wasn't surprised at all. I thought that it was going to be heavier, thicker, stronger... I don't know. Is all about feelings.

I will probably get a Millie in the future but won't be comfortable using it as hard as my Endura.

I don't know if they do flat grind them now (I guess not... just saber grind) but here in BF there is a lot of people sending them to Tom Krein to have that done.
