I can see why your 'backlog' is simply out of reason (yes?).
Styling: the FIRST thing that grabs the viewer is the pseudo jigged scales and the 'old-school' sheild. All this in a framelock? Yikes!!!
That aside, I find the
next most striking accent is the sharp, angular ends of the knife: The bolster with a square edge merging from the soft, round edges down the entire knife. THere are curves everywhere, but scattered among them are sharp STRAIGHT lines. They, and the scales are a juxtaposition to our perception.
All of this is executed with precision and minimalist engineering.
I would wait four years for this, but, then I would want whatever you have drummed up by then (if, you could get in a new design from the backlog....).

Nice touch with measuring the pin at .1874". That's .0005" less that the actual hole diameter, eh? I'd call that precise.....
