Anybody seen one of these? 2.25" dia by 5.5" tall. runs 2 hours on a fill. Eq 60 watt output.

My friend's got one. Not bad, but I like the Brunton Lampray better. I've got one that really impresses me. They have a version with a platinujm element as well so you never have to deal with mantles again. Light output is a bit lower than the Lampray

The thing I like about the Glorb is that it holds it's fuel inside...You do not need to attach it to a fuel tank.phatch said:

We used a Coleman lantern inside when the power was out when I was a kid....Were we killing ourselves??? Of course the houses were a lot more 'open' then...
