Well since someone is holding out on the new rats due to his, ahem...being backed up I decided to go with another company.

It's a much larger knife than the Mini. You could say it's a Maxi.
About 7 1/2 inch blade. It's got these nifty straight handles and it's made out of this stuff called INFI.

Hey Eric, about half a bag of dried apricots will make short work of that little problem there, it did it for me and I wasnt even having difficulties:eek:
