MiniBuck 425

Since A Ace Rimmer shared a pic, I thought I could help keep the thread going by sharing a few as well. The last one has every color 425 I own plus the black serrated blade and the lime green..

M maxjeg That is a really cool 425. I was poking around on the internet a while back and found some pics of a blue one with the same logo on the blade. I only saved a few pics of it though. Hopefully somebody will recognize the logo and respond

Google Image Search turned up a lot of transport companies with round symbols (e.g. Trans - Ontario Express), but none that match that exact logo.

Friends, thank you. I followed this path. But also no answer. Or maybe one of you write this question in Buck knives?

I got one by surprise when I won a 110 from the early 2000s on tha bay. The listing never mentioned a 425 even though I was pretty sure I saw it in a pic. It bounces around in my pocket with my Vic classic. So when I say I carry one or two knives, I really mean I have three or four, because those little guys don’t really count, right?

Come to think of it, I never count my Vic Rambler on my keys. It's the only knife that doesn't get rotated out, though, and is probably used the most.

Why doesn't the 425 count, because it's small ?

I don't have a 425, but I can relate to forgetting my Vic Rambler in my pocket. It's just a part of my keys. Anything else, I "usually" remember, but I had a family photo of 303's a bit ago and forgot my favorite one in my pocket.

Mostly because I forget it’s there.
I guess a lot of people do carry knives like the 425 as a keychain.
The Victorinox classic or other 58mm model I don't carry as a knife , but the 425 524 and 525 are just a pocket knife like any other for me and when I carry one it is as a primary pocket knife so I'm not forgetting it's there.

I also added this serrated blade 425 to the collection. I'm assuming the gold coloring on the blade is the Buckcote

Looks like it says Buckcote on that sticker, but it's odd that they would print that in the same color as the blade coating so you can barely see it.

I'm thinking the Buckcote is etched/printed on the blade, and the sticker is stuck over top of it.
