Guys, I’m pretty sure Dalbors first language is NOT English. I’ve never heard a single bad Issue about him as a maker and has always been held as an all around great human being. Regardless of the chronology of the events in question...... someone purchased a knife from him and has both the purchased $ amount as well as the secondary market amount..... clearly the maker is only worried about the money owed to him from the original purchase. I’m glad to see mods stepped in by making Mr. Howell aware of the issue at hand. Let’s see how this one shakes out......
 
Let remaining balance is coming tomorrow. I sold another knife to a member of bladeforums and he is sending the money directly to Dalibor. I never intended on this taking so long to get cleared up but I had my extra money tied up in other things and PayPal did froze my account. I did not cancel the transaction myself. It was a bad deal and my account is still frozen. They said I was selling to my stuff and knives were not allowed. Anyways I have been in contact with Dalibor this whole time and told him I was going to hold up my end. He is getting paid and I’m sorry it took so long

While we were in contact i said nothing to noone about our issue.. however i sent you an email feb 6th no response from you, than feb 15th still no response , feb 19th , than you responded that you can pay me via cash app or google wallet, feb 20th i send you cash app and gwallet info and get no response from you.
After that i emalied you 21th , 22nd (warning you that i'll go public) , 24th again and got no response from you.
You responded once i posted on my IG.

However you did pay 200 and i will update first post once i get the whole payment.

Dalibor Dalibor , I would be extremely wary of this payment method, as should the other purported member of Bladeforums sending you money.
If the other member never gets the knife delivered to them or is unhappy with it, who do they come after for a refund ? You ?

I am not familiar with how paypal would view this transaction but it looks like nothing but trouble, I suggest you demand that mitchell.howell mitchell.howell pay you directly through Paypal Friends and Family (Never thought I would suggest that) so he has no ability to recall payment for something he had in his possession and sold.

EDIT, re-read mitchell.howell post claiming Paypal Account Frozen, don't know if that is true but I still feel accepting payment from a 3rd party is a terrible idea.

I completely understand your frustration, again I apologize for the slow replys, I will stick to what I told you from the beginning I will not leave you hanging. I have a crazy life as most people do and sometimes it just slips my mind to reply but I always have even if slow. And the member getting the knife from me has got at least 6-7 knives from me and I’m very thankful he is helping me out to get this resolved. I never was trying to scam anyone. PayPal really did freeze my account ( this same thing happens to me when selling a knife, I shipped it and then they denied the buyers payment, the only difference was they didn’t freeze his account) which is weird because I made two payments and the first one went through. They want tracking numbers for everything I have sold and social security number to unfreeze my account. Anyways again I apologize for the trouble

I've bought and sold a quite a few knives via PayPal and never had any of the problems you are talking about. I have had a payment of mine held for a couple days when the invoice from the seller had the magic word Damascus, but that's it. So anyway, I have no idea how your PayPal got so complicated. Generally they want to take their fees. Repeatedly. So if your account is all sorts of crazy, I wonder if it's from this kind of behavior.
 
Congratulations!! As another mentioned...it's nice to see something like this resolved in a positive manner.

Right above the first post on the right hand side you'll see a tab that says Thread Tools. Click that and it will give the option to Edit Title.

If it happens not be an option for those without a paid membership, I'd suggest reporting the first post and requesting a mod to take the Bad off the title.

To Dalibor and all other honest & hard working makers: I am only a a collector. But this community will always have your 6. To Mitchell, good on ya’ for cleaning up your mess and saving your reputation. Life happens. To ALL of us. Clearly, if unable to keep your commitment, maintaining proper communication would have protected your reputation. Hopefully this will serve as a good lesson for us all. Dalibor, glad I could help.
