i know, i know, already a string on this one, but just wanted to know if anyone has the latest news on when orders can be expected that were placed fairly recently (week ago). thanks
 
Did you ever get your knife? Has anyone heard from MJS or have all the deals been settled one way or another?

I knew that I had to act within two months of receiving my credit card bill to dispute a charge for a Merlin I never received. So after about a month and a half of waiting I contacted my credit card company. It was not easy as you would think to get the charge taken off. I had to show I tried to contact MJ&S about my order, if I made any phone contact with them and so on. I don't know what went on concerning my credit card company's attempts to resolve the issue. Finally with my last statement it was noted that the dispute was resolved and 46 dollars was credited to my account. I used the newfound credit to buy a Sharpmaker from Discount Knives.
