Here are some pictures from this past weekend's winter camping trip. I'll try to answer any questions that come up. I'm sure others will post their's here too.

Ha! Bobs the man!

Great pics Kev, I wish got to see how you took out those large sections of wood with that lil GB. I have a hard enough time splitting wood with a large axe...

Awesome!! Looks like a swell time!

Thanks for the pics, I really dig your camp furniture!!!

what happened to the mega spoon!

Great pics! That looks like a lot of fun. I've never camped in snow before. Why cant we have these kind of things here in California:(

That looks like one of the Italian surplus wool blankets everyone raves about. I have been wanting to make one of those for a while. Would you happen to have any more info on it?

Cool trip (literally)!

I am impressed with the pullover as well. It actually looks really good too. My dog may lose his blanket as that is what he is sleeping on these days.

That looks a great trip, nice range of tools to. Always good to see a mixed group of ages and experience out in the woods.

GReat pictures.....liking the camp furniture & any pictures of mega spoon finished ? take any game with springfield ?

Kev, how are liking your Kifaru? How much gear does it hold by itself?

Man, that Tipi is cool.....

Whats the story on the pullover??

Wow, you guys nailed it. It is an Italian Surplus blanket that was sewn into a pullover. We all liked Bobby's so much we are all going to be placing orders soon. Apparently, they can be made for $35 or so as long as you provide the blanket. Not bad for a thick pullover. I'm getting mine with two chest pockets and the two handwarmer pockets.

The Kifaru is awesome! It fit like a glove and carried all my bulky gear well. The Tipi is on my "to buy" list.
