If what mn700vforce it true, then the negative feedback was warranted. OP should give a refund ASAP.

General rule: if the seller wants gift option, run away. If they're OK with scamming PayPal, they're probably OK with scamming you.

Pretty cut and dry on this one. The sad thing is that all this is over $15 ..............does anyone else find it absurd?
The seller should have immediately offered a refund and all this nonsense would never have happened. How the seller can think that they are not responsible to get the item to the buyer is hard to imagine.
Seller got a negative and deserves it in my opinion. Plus, the seller should still refund the buyer the money.
And to the seller - you messed it up (not the PO) - and that is why we are here. Apparently your stubbornness, blaming the PO, and $15 was worth more than your FB.
Quite amazing actually.

Also, yet another example of how a thread turns .....now the OP is the one with egg on their face. Funny how that happens.

It was suggested if I'm OK with it which I was. Based on his positive feedback left me with no worries about that.

OkAy. Well never do that and this situation is why. You would have your money back by now. That said, it appears the seller screwed you over. Feedback was warranted and will serve as a warning to others. Even if he gives the money back I think the feedback is warranted. He clearly doesn't know how deals on here should work and others should know that. If he tries to leave you negative feedback report him. Retaliatory feedback is a hefty infraction now.

And it is ridiculous for the seller to say his feedback is very important but he will not refund $15 and also asked for PayPal gift.

Guys I always list my knives for sale with PP fees included. I did ask him to use FF and it was shipped without a tracking #. Learned my lesson there.
In no way was I tying to defraud the guy like some have mentioned.

That happened when you asked for gift. He would have no recourse for getting his money back which you clearly followed through with. Now you want the negative feedback removed? Only after you give the money back? If that is true it looks like mistake after mistake after mistake on your part. Stop the mistakes. Refund the money and take your negative feedback. Then be quite about this and others may not notice. All who frequent here will put you on their do not deal with list though. You started this thread. Remember that.

Most has been covered, but I'll add
OP needs to up upgrade packaging a bit-plain white envelope even with some bubble wrap is not enough. If you want to send it that way(it is cheap), you shouldn't be surprised if it doesn't make it.
On a $15 item I wouldn't buy any extra services (signature tracking or insurance). They are too costly for an item this inexpensive. It's $15 if it doesn't make it , just pay the refund-almost all make it if packaged right. If someone wants to rip me off for $15, they must need money bad.

Money has been refunded.
I accept the mistakes and I'll take it like a man. But ever call me a thief. It's done
