No it does not come that color, that specific Mnandi I believe has a history of going through the dishwasher a few times, or something like that. I cant remember exactly at the moment.
 
awesome collection there! could you name the woods in the first pics? I like to lowest right one (blackwood?)

LOL!!! Marthinus, you have a really good memory! The story is that I had put my EDC camelthorn Mnandi through an abusive amount of moisture -- worn IWB during workouts, putting it through the wash, and letting it sit there with wet clothes against it. :o After a while, the camelthorn inlay sustained some bad water damage. I didn't figure I'd magically start to baby my EDCs, so I asked Chris what he'd recommend for great moisture and impact resistance. I ended up buying two of these, one to keep pristine, and one to EDC. The EDC wore extemely well. Lisa's got the pristine one.

Thanks for chiming in, would love to see how the EDC one is looking if you have time. I am really surprised at the colour of Lisa's giraffe bone, this is the colour I am familiar with. (Sorry for the crappy picture, but one can at least make out the colour)

Both of my gray GB Mnandis were sold here during a short selling spree a couple years ago. I will say, however, that the two were nearly indistinguishable from each other. The one I had carried had a bit more contrast, with Lisa's being creamier. Lisa's has a bit of a blue cast, while the other one was more of a neutral gray. I've always felt that Lisa's was perfect aesthetically -- it's not flashy at 1st glance, just an understated, "wow". Under closer examination, it's an increasingly more impressive "WOW!".

I'm sorry, I did already sell the black one on the bottom right.
Seems I'm always buying/selling in the attempt to keep redefining my collection. As of today, I'm down to 4....but I have a numbered one incoming, so I'll be back up to 5 soon.

Well basically I really only truly LOVE one of them dearly...of course that is the giraffe bone. The others have been bought because I love Mnandis in general, so it seems like I'm always buying/selling in order to accumulate just the right amount of mixture (in my mind) of Mnandi types. But long story short, I should keep them all, but sometimes one of them takes the hit for another purchase.

All this time I thought Dinokay spurred on my collection fever, but I realize now I was inflicted with this months before his post....guess I can't blame him any longer.
