Was cherry ever used for inlays? It is one of my favorites for furniture and flooring and would think figured cherry would make a nice inlay.
 
I've never seen Cherry used, but I agree that it would be pretty.
 
Some beauties popping up lately. Thanks Guys/Gals. I look forward to seeing this thread pop up every monday....!!! I think the spalted beach mnandi has some real potential. Most of the ones I have seen have one side that is amazing and the other is quite plain. Waiting for that Special One to say BUY ME....!!!
