Mnandi: My latest Obsession

Hard to capture the blade colors but these pictures offer a better representation in expressing the blue and violet zebra stripes.or at least the second picture does.it changes tone variation in different lighting with my phone camera....anyways enjoy!

Geez. Now THAT'S a knife.

Does anyone know how many Mnandis were made with the various zebra blades? Was it a one-time run? Do they all have similar birthdays?

I don't know how many were made but I know they weren't a one-time run. The birth dates for the ones I own are 2002 and 2007.
 
Good info! I thought they were made 2002-2005. I wonder if gold and diamond versions were made within a few years.

Looking over this thread it's hard not to feel saddened by the Mnandis being manufactured today. Hopefully they bring back some of this unique stuff eventually. The past several years haven't seen anything nearly this cool...

I'll keep posting this one in various Mnandi threads cause it is the better of the two I have. The other is just an old nick Cocobolo, nice but this stuff you have been posting is top shelf liquor.
