Mnandi: My latest Obsession

I've decided to restrict my Mnandis to damascus, so this unfortunate fellow will eventually go on the chopping block, assuming a certain Mnandi-lover does not want it. In the meanwhile, say chello to my leetle friend.

carried my mnandi in mesquite today, to stay "light" and maaaan I love it soo much, very happy to have my 2!

You know Max ..... while I love all my Mnandis .... the one I am most happy I found is the Mesquite. There is just something so unique in the grain, that I can't stop looking at it. So glad I was able to find one.

I like the clip side of this one more than the front but it's interesting none the less. My pictures will replace these once I receive it, can't wait.

Definitely a very interesting week, I thought I was finished for awhile but I'm digging the brown red colors of the one I just scored. It's not perfect but would be interesting to actually see live cuz they're never the same as the pictures. Which one did you score franz?

Dino, I grabbed one also, it's going to be a good week :)

Can I ask you a very stupid question guys? Do you carry these beauties? If so, with or without sheath? The Mnandi is by far my favorite knife to have in the pocket, just clipped ... no sheath ... but I am certainly looking around trying no to bump into walls and such ...

I know I know ...

Thank you guys!
I do carry some of mine (not the RiverofFire or the Snakeskin Dams). I prefer the sheath and without clip.

I bought this user Lignum Mnandi off of eBay, took the clip off and toss it in my pocket for daily carry. Sometimes I put it in a sheath, but usually not.

My two Mnandis are users (or I bought them with that intention) ... I am a Sebenza collector, but something odd happened ... I started to really appreciate them and I am looking at Sebenzas in a different light now. It seems to be a common issue.
