The scale balance and shading is perfect. Like yin and yang!
 
Nice Serg ..... Really like the bocotes with the light coloring and dark grains. As for snakewood ..... no need to say more ..... one of my very favorite woods, especially when they are so well-figured, like this one!!!
 
If i don't use it (lightly of course), it's on the sales corner in a blink. No safe queens here.

I'm purposefully attempting to limit my collection for this very reason. If there were too many, some would ultimately not get used for fear of scuffing them up. Keeping it down to just a few will, I think, encourage more consistent use amongst them all.
 
I agree with you, the back inlay is stunning. Sometimes CRK is disconcerting that way ...they put the nicest inlay in the back :) Of course taste is subjective, but I have seen that quite often... though in this case, the back inlay just "goes" with the lock side ... don't ask me why.
 
I guess things do come in 3s, I have one from ES tomorrow, and now this one from balance, wow, giddy like a schoolgirl!

WOW!...That looks better (in person) than Travis's (correct grammar as it's a singular possession) photos. That's tough to do considering how well he take photos.
