How many people would be interested in a similar finish-at-home (or have your local machine shop blast for $5 ) project? I was thinking of something along the lines of a 10"x2"x15" chopper in 3v, supplied with machined handles, for ~$175.

I do not think Justin did anything but attach the grips and sharpen it.
