Problem with the sales ad is the use of trademarked images to sell his product, The production company would not look highly on that. There is a strong possibility that the shape of the knife is trademarked, stranger things have been TM'd.

That was the only problem I had with his sale threads in the past(like 2-3years ago) and nothing seems to have come of it. We originally had problems with his dishonesty about heat treatment practices. He had gone back and "changed" his history to reflect a better heat treat process... after he was told how wrong the method he was using was. I kinda stopped paying attention after that.
