+1 I've had my eye on a Laconico ever since I saw his slim EDC model. It is my dressy, incognito, small, thin, classy, discrete, minimalist, custom grail folder, and I think it looks just awesome. They seem to go for around 4-500 but are sold within minutes on the exchange. I would love to own one one day, and if I worked in a stuffy office I probably already would.
 
Jason has really come into his own in the past year. These knives are CRK, Les Voorhies level of tolerance and fit/finish. The blade centering is perfect and the space between blade and scale is even closer than a Sebenza. Blad grind is also perfectly symmetrical. And the flipping rivals any top flipper put there. On my YouTube video I am just barely lightly applying pressure. The detent is perfect. A little stronger pull and it flies open like an assisted. I'm going to do another better video review.

His knives are amazing. I'm already starting to put money aside so buy one or two of his I saw on his website. Awesome recommendation!

Maprik, gorgeous blade! I may just have to get on his list. Another maker worth looking into, albeit, VERYYY expensive is Gus Cecchini (GTC knives). Very innovative designs. Maybe not necessarily minimalistic, but futuristic and modern looking for sure. Boker is slated to release one of his designs soon so that may be an option for you.
