When is the next gathering. I really need to know like in the next 10 days cause we pick our vacation for the whole year. The west BH gathering is well into the planning. Do we have any dates for a spring or fall gathering yet?
 
Is it for sure the 3rd weekend of April? You guys need to just pick a date and go with it that way folks can plan ahead.
 
20th, 21st, & 22nd april 2012. Officially, cause that's what my vacation request says.
 
Nothing to do with anything official just wanted to let psyop know that I'm hoping to get his handle scales in the mail Monday or tuesday at the latest. Sorry its taking so long man. I've just been crazy busy moving and have had everything packed up. Ill let you know when they are headed your way. Hey!! I'm intrigued by the thought of a "gathering". I'm pretty much the newest guy around here. So help me out. It sounds like you guys have these on at least a somewhat regular basis. When the official info comes out I will have to take a close look. I assume it will be an outdoors camping sort of thing with lots of knives and stuff. Opportunities to improve sharpening skills, survival skills, learn how to build stuff, destroy stuff, hack away at all sorts of stuff, beat up Beckers and then restore them to perfection+++. Am I close to getting the general idea? Sounds fun.

Let me see, even if I'm 75 when it comes around I am going to guess that staying in the Holiday Inn and showing up about 9 each morning after lots of coffee and a hot breakfast would be sort of frowned on right? And staying in a camper probably not much better right? I used to do lots of primitive camping but in the last 40 years or so not so much...We shall see... LOL

Don't forget, we all get super tanked during the evenings and yell at Ethan's neighbors. He approves of this.

Well, except for all the photos, videos, narrative descriptions, subsequent reenactments, and documentaries.
Col Defender, if you stayed in town and drove in each morning, nobody would mind. There's not much in the way of rules.
About the only rule I've heard (and it's a good one) is no shooting if you've been drinking.
 
Keep in mind that Ethan's place now features five-star accommodations.

Wow! Where in Tennessee? That would be cool to beat things up in mob fashion. Then nobody's responsible...right? Do we have to kill our own food with our Becker's for the gathering? Someone could brew up a special batch of beer too. Hmmmmm wonder if one 5gal keg would be enough?
