More "chef" than a Spydiechef

Pro cook here. The Military doesn't work so well for me, Endura somehow gets more edge where I need it, in spite of the shorter blade. My favorite folder for food prep is the Kapara, especially the 20cv version. Although I have several fine Japanese kitchen knifes, I actually prefer the Kapara for some kitchen tasks. Mostly I use the J knives tho.

Thanks Evany! I really want a Spydie for the kitchen too but not too big on the Chef. Considered the Native but looks like a knuckle banger.
