It is really good stuff, Nick, Very dense and not as many pores as some black walnut. I already have some in my shop and am short cash this round.:mad:
Now I am going to mess with your brain. Go on Brownell's website and order up the Old English gunstock finish kit. It is great stuff and it will suit your personality as it can require up to 2-3 weeks of applying many coats and rubbing.:D
