More Tanto Sebenzas?

I just recieved my issue of Blade and on the back cover I see that TNK will be getting Sebenzas (Large and Small) with Tanto blades!

Says Large is Summer 2010 and Small in Fall 2010.

Did I miss an earlier posting on this news?

Yes, it's true.

Our new Exclusive Sebenza 21 Tanto. New lanyards with spacers- Silver or Blue Lugs. Single and Double Lugs. Right or Left handed.

The first lot of Large ones are en route- they will be on the website in a day or so.

And the tanto 21 is #1 in my crosshairs:thumbup: Now the only qestion is which size?:)
 
Oh god this is so totally messed up! Same blade shape as the Umnumzaan tanto. Count me in for a large left hand model!!!!!:thumbup::cool::eek::D
 
Very Nice, I have an old NICA Regular Large Tanto Sebenza and really like it. For anyone that missed out on them, they will now be avalaible in a new 21 version !!! Thanks Mr. Reeve for offering them again :thumbup::thumbup:
 
The first two runs had the regular handle with different graphics for each run.
Nice to see this with the 21 handle unmarked -- a real worker version.
 
Plus the tanto portion towards the tip of the blade has some "belly" to it that allows for doing fine cutting near the tip. The umnum tanto has more belly that the NICA tanto and IMO is more useful for everyday cutting stuff. Good move Neil!

Hi

Price for the Large Single Lug is $395. Small $340.

Double lugs $35.00 up charge.

Larges en route- should start trickling in the next week or so.

Smalls will start early fall.

I just picked up an old NICA small tanto last week. Aside from the BG-42 blade and different scales (patterned classic v. plain 21), does anybody have any idea what the difference between the old version and this new one might be? I'm just curious.
