Mosaic handle of Sycamore and Chak-TE-Koke wood. This handle came from a block with 70 pieces of wood. The wood is glued together with Titebond II glue. This glue is waterproof and is stronger than the wood it's self. The handle is as durable as any other piece of wood.
The blade is ATS-34 steel heat treated by Paul Bos to a RC 59-60.
The decorative pins are stainless steel.
The tang is tapered, and the blade has a distal taper.
The knife comes with a top grain tooled leather sheath.
