If your town is big enough to have a Walmart, odds are the mail delivers there ,too. (If you fill out your profile, we would know where your town is, BTW)
You can order whatever you need from Woodcraft supply, and a couple hundred other places.
I shot a photo of a rivet I'm getting ready to fill with red epoxy. The "A" rivets go on some of my special blades. The tube is nickel and the "A" is brass. The second photo is of my suction tool. It is a piece of 1/2" reinforced hose, with a vacuum hose fitting on one end and a piece of 1/4" tubing on the other. The small tubing is put over the end of the rivet tube, and the big end is plugged into a vacuum cleaner. I clamp off the small hose, start the vacuum, open the clamp until the epoxy is sucked into the tube, and re-clamp it.
