Well, I'm going to have to choose a Fremont as well. Mine with Mammoth ivory. Love this knife. One of my all-time favorites and my "dressiest" traditional:

This Will & Finck tool was used to pull metal skewers out of roasts. It's got walrus ivory for the handles. W&F was based in San Francisco and I'm told this was supposed to resemble a bear's head. Probably the closest I'll ever get to a W&F knife.
