That is beautiful.

Love the horn handle, Carl! And that's a pretty exotic-looking pipestem, too!:thumbup:

I suppose exoticness is all relative; in my accumulation of knives, this one is pretty exotic!
Like Carl's, it has horn handles, or "asta autentica" as they say in Espana:

It's even a little bit exotic along the spine:

And I have no idea if "molibdeno vanadio" is exotic or not

That's what I've got.

Some beautiful knives here. I don't have much I would consider exotic, probably my most exotic would be this Buck 110 in rams horn.

Very nice. I have a small collection of 110s, 3 of which came from the custom shoppe. Love the look of the Rams Horn.

I posted this photo in the GEC group shots thread awhile back. Out of this bunch, it's probably a tie between the Fremont in mammoth ivory and the Viper in elephant ivory.

Great thread... there are some really beautiful knives posted here!

Wow, very, very nice, AL!:thumbup: I completely agree with you on that Fremont!

I am still going back to take in all the exotic-ness of the Henckels! And yes...that Rodges is indeed "exotic"! The main blade shape nails the genre.

Sadly neither my knife nor my picture (pic is from AAPK), but I understand this is one of the rarest/most sought after Case XX patterns. That's an older-pattern can opener on the end opposite the blades.

Man oh man, some great knives in here

From the mix of cover material to the pinstriped shield. Maybe the fact that the sheepsfoot is the main blade? I just know its different and I love it. This Eureka Moose by Jared Oeser certainly is my most exotic.

Thanks Gevonovich. It took a steady hand to put the swedges on those blades. Nice group Al, never seen a foldiing hunter like that Case and the Oesers are beautiful, as is the Clauss.

This is going to be a great thread. I love seeing pics of the cool knives you guys have. Looking through the pics in the traditional forum is what started making me rekindle my interest from when I was a kid. Here are a couple I think look pretty cool. Black and white buffalo horn and yet another Fremont Jack in mammoth.

Every knife pictured here is amazing. Black Mamba's North Sea Mammoth Ivory is the prettiest Mammoth Ivory I've ever seen. I don't have anything exotic. Please keep them coming, I know you guys have more. Great thread!
