MOST razor sharp OUT OF BOX folder edge for under $200.00?

Out of all of my Spydercos, Kershaws, Bokers, CRKT's, SOG's Custom Made and Pro-Tech, the sharpest out of the box has been my S30V Manix 2 followed by my Morris file knife.

Caly 3.5 Super Blue - out of all the Spydercos that I own, this was truly sharp - I purchased it off the sales forum here, so do not know if it had been used to cut anything before I got it. All of the Spydercos I have recieved from the factory, with the exception of my M4 military, have been exceptionally sharp. The M4 had a flat spot which has been taken remedied.

Sharpness isn't everything. I have a five dollar 420 steel Chinese knife that I can get vicious sharp. But if I stare at it hard enough, it loses its edge. The sharpest knife I ever saw was on a Cold Steel knife with 440A stainless steel. And it kept its edge for much longer than I expected. I think it was a testament to Cold Steel's outstanding heat treat. But you'd do well to stick with Spyderco, which generally uses a little better steel.

Spyderco knives come very sharp as well as Zero Tolerance knives both that I have had experiences with came shaving out of the box

The big brands are good - Kershaw/ZT, Spyderco are both notable.

Buck has been the sharpest out of the box in my experience.

However, like was said above, the factory edge is just the beginning.

Same here. I recently purchased my first Buck 119 and 110 and was amazed at how sharp they were. Closest I own to these American beauties in terms of sharpness would be my Spyderco Endura. Super sharp and the VG-10 lasts and lasts.

Factory edges are irrelevant.

Once you learn how to get your knives scary sharp,

...how they come from the factory will be a moot point.

+1.

This. I've been impressed with the sharpness of some factory edges, but never with the refinement. If they get the edge right and it's shaving sharp out of the box, they finish it pretty coarse and toothy, and usually with serious bevel problems (usually around the heel and/or tip). So I am far more interested in the heat treat and construction quality. The edge is moot. I will put my own edge on.

Sorry, not the best picture, and not factory sharp, but it's the sharpest knife I have (mirror finish by previous owner).

Mcusta tactility in vg10. Without a doubt the sharpest factory edge I've held so far.In fact the only factory edge I've ever held that I didn't feel it was necessary to touch up before I started carrying it.

Spyderco zdp stretch was hair whittling sharp from factory. Stupid sharp.
