Whats your favourite most trusted multi tool you own and have owned for quite some time????.

Gotta be my LM Core. I use it everyday at work and it has never failed me:)

I have a Leatherman Charge XTi that I use daily. My boss who is not a knife enthusiast at all has a SwissTool that he has had for a while. I have watched him use many other brands and this is the one he used the longest. That makes me think that they are above the rest.

Any of the Plus models I own but the Champion Plus from Victorinox is my most used so by default most trusted...

Champion Plus Features:

* Large blade, small blade
* Corkscrew, can opener, bottle opener
* Small screwdriver, large screwdriver
* Reamer, punch
* Key ring, tweezers, toothpick
* Scissors, multi-purpose hook
* Wood saw, fish scaler
* Hook disgorger, ruler
* Nail file, nail cleaner
* Metal file, metal saw
* Fine screwdriver, chisel/scraper
* Phillips screwdriver
* Magnifying glass, straight pen
* Pressurized ball point pen
* Mini screwdriver, sewing eye

I use darn near every tool on the list at one time or another. The blades the most of coarse then the screw drivers. What I find I use very often on the Plus versions is the Ball Point Pen. A very handy option!!!:thumbup:

I've got a couple Leatherman models, a couple Gerbers, and a SwissChamp but it's the Schrade ToughTool that's been on my belt for the last nine years or so.

I guess my Vic fieldmaster is my most trusted. Definitely my most used.

Leatherman Supertool (old version) 10+ yrs. Heavy, pliers awkward, not kind to hands but a tank that does everything I need & looks new after a bath.

If I leave SAKs out, then I don't have very old multitools. I have an old Bahco, but its quality is nowhere near my Leathermans. My oldest Leatherman is the Juice S2 and I really like it. It is compact, sturdy and provides a good array of tools.

Leatherman: own a Flair, a Pulse, a Super Tool, a Wave, and a Juice CS4. All of them (with the exception of the Juice model) are sturdy and dependable; the CS4 it's a bit on the flimsy side (but it's still useful).
